Below I've attached a Color Wheel with some of the meanings of each color. I have actually attached three Color Wheels. I have rotated photo two and three, so that you can see it from a slightly different
perspective.

"HEALING YOURSELF WITH COLOR"

Did you know that color is so powerful, it can influence your breathing rhythms? Exposure to a red light alerts your mind, raises your blood pressure, arouses your emotions, and spurs you into action. Conversely, all these reactions will be reversed by using the calming effect of blue.

You can use the theraputic power of color in various ways--but the best place to start is in your own home. Whether you have a tiny apartment or a spacious family dwelling, a sensitive choice of color can transform your living environment into a positive zone.

While all the different colors show things...all the different shades show things also. A general rule is that the darker the color, the deeper the feeling...the lighter the color, the less of a true feeling about the things that color represent.

That said, blue is always a good color...it's communication...something that happens every day, in every way, in every form.

Be happy today! :D
