Hiya Polls,

I didn't look back to check, but if I remember correctly, I think that we had a short conversation about this and I asked you if you knew how to embed videos on Aimoo, and you said, no, but that you would explore it one day.  Well, I learned how to do it as you can see from the videos attached to a few posts recently. I tried to copy and paste it here, but it won't let me. I found it totally by accident when I wasn't even looking for it. I tried to find the same exact link so I could give it to you here, but was unable to find it again. So just in case you haven't looked into it yet, I'm going to e-mail the attachment to you from my Lotus Word Program, if you cannot open it for some reason in your regular e-mail, just let me know because I also have Microsoft Word and I will try to copy and paste it to Microsoft Word, and then forward it to you that way. It's so simple, I couldn't believe it.  I hope you can open the attachment, and I hope you find it helpful.

Luv ya,
Sky

Hello Again,

Wow, I tried everything to cut and paste the information into an e-mail, and it simply won't allow you to copy the photos of how to do it...I kept searching, and finally, I found the correct link for how to do this in the Help Section. It wasn't easy, because I kept typing in Embeding Videos and it was saying no info found. Regardless, after much searching I did manage to find it.

If you go to the link below: It will explain it, and it's fairly simple. It really doesn't matter if the site is trendy or classic style, it operates the same once you have opened up a New Topic and want to insert a video in it from either YouTube or somewhere else that provides the "Share" button after you view their video. They didn't have that option available on the Foodnetwork that's why I couldn't do it for the fudge video by Rachael Ray post. Hope it helps if you want to use it on your own site or on here or anywhere else. :)  Have a lovely day...

Hi there,

Gee, I wonder why?  It seems like a relatively simple process because it only took like seconds to do the few that I have put up.

Just remember, once you find a video that you would like to embed,,,at the end of the video, you need to click the "share" button so that you can get the HTML thing that looks like hyroglyphics and copy it, once you have the block of the HTML thing and have copied it, you then need to open new thread for posting, then you click on the HTML button on your new post page that's in the upper right-hand corner and insert it, and then simply click "back' (the back button will appear in the upper left-hand corner) and your video will be there. It's really only three short steps to it. That Happy Holiday video that I put up was actually quite a long one, and it went in with no problem. Hope I'm not confusing you hon. Hum...If I can help in any way, please let me know. :)

I came back and edited this post because I forgot to tell you,,,A male who was born in 1989 was requesting membership, and his screen name was Villan16. I got a really strange vibe from this person, so I didn't let them in. I didn't deny them membership. I just simply didn't respond. This person felt like trouble for some reason. Just thought I'd let you know.

The videos from the net are easy to download - its the ones of your own I have difficulty with.  Not my own personal ones of course lol.
