I sat looking at this picture and then it dawned on me - all the chakra colours are there!  Its a very calming picture.

I can see a dragon laying peacefully beside her on the bank.
And several other things too.
A figure, maybe female, or maybe a male in a frock coat from years ago, by her right elbow.
An American Indian by her left arm.
A bear,wolves and there is much more than that .........

If this was a card, I would say it's a healing card.
And whomever drew/chose it, is in need of having their heart healed, as in heartbroken.
I see the healer/faery, pulling the heart chakra from the depths of emotion (water) to aid the sadness.
