Hello Polly,

We haven't spoken in awhile. I hope to find you well. I also want to thank you again for trying so hard to keep the site afloat. It means a lot.

It doesn't look as if there is any activity at all anymore, and I'm not sure if I should keep posting articles and things to try to keep it alive...lol.  Even Mia doesn't come around anymore...ha ha..

If you have any ideas, I would sure be open to them. I know I haven't been to your site in months, and I plan to take a visit soon. Still trying to catch up with all that was left behind while I was so ill. I have also just made a recent discovery on AOL too. I've been playing the blackjack, and the slots and the poker in there.. It's all free, but it is so much fun. I never knew that they have the casino stuff back again. They used to have it years ago, and then they got rid of it. I thought you would have to have them as your Internet provider, but you don't. I'm so hooked on all of the tons of games they have on there...oh my goodness,,,I can get lost in there for hours if I let myself...lol...

Anyway, hope to chat with you soon. Again, thanks for being such a kind person and a good friend.. :)

Luv ya,
Sky

Hi Sky, its very difficult on-site at the mo even on my own!  I come on every day just in case but no joy at all.  At least I have a couple of members posting every day so it gives me something to read and answer lol.  Its the old adage 'you can lead a horse to water, but you cant make 'em drink.'

Please do pop in to the Spritual Bridge Sky, we have a very interesting photo that you may want to have a look at.  (and you are good!)

Huggles

Thanks Polly. I'm honestly going to try and pop in a lot more frequently, because I know the sites become very dull when people don't post at at least a little something every few days. The strange thing is, I know a few people that each had several sites, and they sort of drifted away from them because people won't take the time to participate, but,,,they have also opened just chatrooms on either Sparkpea or Buzzen and their chatrooms are really buzzing. It seems that people don't want to do any work or take the time to post anything or respond to posts, but they really like jumping into chatrooms and yacking it up with people. The chatrooms seem to be the only things that are successful, no matter how appealing you try to make the sites (with chatrooms). I just don't get it. Why would they even bother joining a site if they will never be a part of anything. Makes no sense to me,,,Scratching my head over here,,,lol.

I'm going to check the controls and see if the Permission Setting is correct for the Manager's Section, because I just came on here and happened to see that you responded, but it had already been read. In other words, the 'New' button was not on. Your post had been read,,,hum...very strange. Hope you don't mind that I went ahead and created a few more categories. I'm just trying so hard to get some activity going. This really stinks,,,lol. Thanks for being you and for being there...

We'll talk soon.

Luv,
Sky

Yes alas some people would rather yack. I remember a long time back when I was a member of a very successful group with mediums etc from all over the world.  They also had a chatroom which was always very busy - but - (yep theres always a 'but' lol) a lady from the outskirt of London joined and plagued everyone for healing, readings, advice on how to feed her sick dog, she also stated that she hated all policemen, told us that the police had broken down her front door the week before looking for drugs.  A few weeks went by until no-one went into the chatroom rofl. (she left!)  Sorry I side-tracked a bit lol.

Yes indeed a chatroom is great if it is used correctly (spiritual learning and exercises etc) when you think of it they can use umpteen chatrooms eg facebook, msn and others too many to mention so they dont really need to use the chatroom on the forums for chitchat.  (unless you state that you need to use it for certain times of the week/month for spiritual things.and they can use it for the rest of the time.)

You can do what you want to do Sky, its your site after all lol.

The pic that you have put up - is that just for members pictures or is it for picture readings?  Just askin' lol - Ive got my dumb-blonde head on today!

Hi,

Just got back. Had to put four new tires on the car,,,it's always something, lol.

Yes, it's so true,,,once a negative vibe gets in and contaminates the place, the feeling or the mood kind of changes. Serious cleaning required, and then sometimes the damage is already done. That's such a great idea, Picture Reading. My original intention was just for people to enjoy themselves putting their pictures up and seeing pics of others up there, but hey, that's really a good idea (if anyone would get invoved enough to do it,,,lol),,,Do you mean for example: I posted Rosebetweentwothorns' picture up there, if someone wanted to comment and read the her picture that was posted? Is that what you mean? That's sure fine with me. But, I guess that would have to be explained in the original write-up maybe. I don't know, should that be another category of picture reading? Hum...I'm confused on this one, but what an awesome idea. What do you feel from your expertise at this and experience would be better? A new category or just add it into this one and explain in the write-up that if anyone feels that they would like to read a picture that has been posted, that they should feel free to do so? I sincerly do value your opinion and experience at this. I'm still learning. You showed me how to add subcategories,,,lol. Didn't have a clue how to do that. Now, I've gone sort of crazy with it, but I do like the idea of keeping many things separate from the original posts. Let me know what you think is a better way to do that when you have a free moment. I honestly don't think that anyone will post anything,,,because it's so dead. Don't know how to change that or make it better. Oh, yeah,,,just wanted to mention,,,at the place where I get the Pow Wow information online, I went into my profile and they allow you to add a link to your own webpage. They have like zillions of members, so I was hoping that with it being posted that we would get some nibbles, but nothing so far. It's strange though, once you enter your site link, it disappears somewhere so I don't know how others even see it. Odd they way they have it set up. But, I could have sworn I saw that they have like 71,000 members or something really ridiculous. I'll be sure to check that number again, maybe it was 7,100, not 71,000. Anyway, I keep trying and I don't know why. Perhaps I do it for myself because I love creating and art so much. Maybe you and I should open up an artistic site. Now, that would probably be a lot of fun and just might take off,,,lol. Thanks.

Luv ya,
Sky xxoo

P.S. Do you want me to post for chat on a weekday at around 7 pm your time, and see if anyone shows up. I could say that I'm accommodating the people who do not reside in the US. Might be interesting,,,lol. I know your friend Mia would show,,,but then,,,maybe not,,,rofl...She could be visiting planet Plutarias or something...ha ha ha

haha no Sky I wasn't suggesting Picture Reading (in fact I wouldnt dream of it - it wouldnt go down very well in my forum knowing Im suggesting the same on yours :).   BUT saying that - you could always post it up as a kind of reading thread (if anyone wants a photo reading then please post your picture here ....sort of thing).  Then you wont have to worry about peeps not going in to look at the picture for that particular month.

Dont worry about me and your chat night at the moment Sky because pain comes and goes and dont know if I would be alright on the night.
