I have just listed the site on the ShowOff your forums section. I couldn't figure out how to copy the actual site page in order to reduce it so that I could add it to the Showcase Forum as well. I'm sure it's somehthing simple. I could only figure out how to make the logo a thumbnail, but not the actual entire page the way the other forums are listed on there.

How do you do the Welcome New Members on your own site? If I remember, I think that each person does a welcome on their own every time that there is a new member. The reason that I ask, is because do you think that we should do a combined welcome from both of us as management when someone new signs up or should we each just do our own? Whatever you are comfortable with.

Gabii, the new member. She is quite sensational as a Photo Reader, wow, is she talented. I tried to get her on board to offer photo readings, but she feels a tad insecure and wants to think about it a bit more. She really is an exceptional photo reader. I had her practice on the old site on a few reading nights, and she hit the nail right on the head quite a few times. Wayawoman did finally give the go ahead to put her board up, but she is the one that is, unfortunately, having some personal difficulties at the moment, so I said that if anyone requested a reading, that for the time being, I would say that we apologize for the inconvenince, but she is on a temporary leave.
