I've listed two different types of Aura Check exercises that you can do in order to see your aura and to check the energy field around your body.
AURA CHECK #1
Your aura reacts to mood, people, and places. You can take a quick look at its main color at any time, using this method.
Four varying types of rainbows have been listed here below the instructions for you to select from in order to try this exercise.
1. It's difficult to see your own aura in its entirety, but you can easily check its current predominant color.
2. Focus closely on the rainbow photo of your choice below, then gaze at your face in a mirror, backlit with a soft, dim light. Close your eyes, and visualize the rainbow over your head.
3. Open your eyes quickly, and look at the halo of color(s) above your head. This is your key aura color at present.
AURA CHECK #2 - DISCOVERING YOUR OWN AURA
1. Work in a dimly lit room. Sit in front of a clear area of wall. Relax yourself in the method of your choice.
2. Stretch your arms out in front of you, one hand facing down, the other up.
3. Quickly squeeze your hands together. After one or two minutes, reverse hands, and keep sqeezing until you feel them pulling.
4. Drop your hands down by your sides. Then, slowly raise them with the palms facing. Bring your hands together very slowly until you sense a point of resistance. Feel your hands attracting each other like magnents, but don't let your palms touch.
5. Lightly half-focus your gaze at the aura around your hands. You may see a halo of light around them -- even a color. Note this, and feel the energy built up between your hands. You may get a pulsing, tingling feeling -- that is your aura.
